The Sri Lanka–Australia–New Zealand Business Council (SLANZBC) conducted its Special General Meeting on 30th January 2025. The meeting, held via Teams, was chaired by the council’s President, Ms. Udara Cumaratunga. 

The primary agenda of the meeting was to adopt the proposed constitutional amendments, ensuring the council’s governance framework aligns with its evolving goals and commitments. Members actively participated, reflecting the council’s dedication to maintaining transparency and inclusivity in its decision-making processes.
