On 15th January 2025, the Sri Lanka–Australia–New Zealand Business Council (SLANZBC) organized a meet-and-greet session with His Excellency Prasanna Gamage, the newly appointed Sri Lankan High Commissioner to New Zealand. The meeting was held at The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and provided a valuable opportunity for SLANZBC members to engage with the High Commissioner before his departure to New Zealand. 

During the session, members shared their ideas, concerns, and insights on trade and investment matters, emphasizing the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and fostering economic ties between Sri Lanka and New Zealand. The event facilitated meaningful discussions on collaborative efforts to promote trade and investment opportunities in both nations. 

This initiative reinforced SLANZBC’s commitment to creating platforms for dialogue and cooperation, ensuring that the interests of its members are well-represented in international forums.
